How can Eagle do this? First, we have been in business for
over 27 years and have implemented cutting-edge technologies
and adhere to core business principles and strategies. Second,
Eagle does not rely on Affiliated Business
Arrangements (AfBAs) or Joint Ventures that will only
increase costs to the consumer. These affiliated business
arrangements and joint ventures are legal, but we at Eagle
have never felt they pass the smell test - too many "conflicts
of interest". Not to mention the fact that the
fees we are cutting are the same ones our competitors are
bumping up to support the lost income for their AfBA's they
have formed! Third, we reduce costs under this program with
assistance from the buyers and sellers in obtaining information
for their closing. This savings is passed directly back to
the consumer. Finally, we specialize in Title Insurance &
Closings, and that's all we do.

at our office in Dublin, Monday - Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm.
No Estates, Bankruptcy's, Foreclosures, REO's, Short
Sales, 1031 Exchanges, Divorces, or 2nd Mortgage Loans,
plus all transactions require title insurance.
No Wire Fee - includes funds wired in for buyer and one
payoff wire or overnight delivery for the seller
No Courier Fee - includes one local package pickup or
one overnight package delivery for buyer
No Title Update Fee - includes one title update
No Additional Recordation Charge Fee
No E-Doc Download/Email Fee
